Our Real Estate market remains strong in Central Oregon. This first chart show "active listed" properties, "pending" properties and "sold properties". Inventory drops in the winter months but as you can see... buyer activity remains fairly consistent!
This next chart shows average price per square foot. We have come down a bit from the high of $242. All trends show a "cooling off" period with real estate.
This chart shows average days on market to sell a home and sale price to list price. In the past...homes took around 90 days to sell and were selling for almost 98% of list price.
The next chart is very interesting. It shows you the price point of homes selling (in red) and the average price of homes available on the market. Homes are selling on average in the mid $400k's. The average price of homes "available" are in the mid $600k's.
The last chart is Months of Inventory. As you can see... we have 3 months of inventory, which indicates a strong local market!
